Arrived in 2 days, easy ordering process

It arrived on time but the lid was not put onto the vial very securely. I think it had been bashed about a bit in the post but it seemed so flimsy that it damaged that easily. Very hard to take the plastic stopper off without seeming like I was pulling off the whole top and exposing the vial, and I've honestly no idea if I managed that or not.
